Curbside Pickup and Free Home Delivery for Local Orders

We strive to ship your order same or next business day!

All orders are shipped through Canada Post Parcel Service from our store. We currently only ship to destinations within Canada and do not ship internationally at this time. Estimated delivery times for Canada Post Standard Parcel Service is 1-3 business day for local destinations, up to 3-6 business days for regional locations, and 4-10 business days for national locations. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We strive to ship your order within 24 hours of order placement, but this cannot always be guaranteed, especially during the busy holiday season. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a recognized holiday will not be processed until the next regular business day. You will receive an email from us with Canada Post tracking information for your order when its packed and ready to go!  For larger orders we will ship to your local Canada Post Office to prevent parcel misplacement or theft. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses which may be re-rerouted and returned to us as undeliverable. You will be notified by email if such an intance occurs. Shipping Costs

No guess-work on shipping with Flat-rate Shipping!

With ever-increasing shipping rates, our aim is to eliminate the guess-work of shipping charges with competitive flat rate shipping across Canada. Our shipping rates for each Province is as follows:

 

Saskatchewan -- flat-rate of $14.99 per order; Free Shipping on orders over $150.00 before taxes

 

Alberta & Manitoba -- flat-rate of $14.99 per order

 

British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec -- flat-rate of $19.99 per order

 

Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland/Labrador & PEI -- flat-rate of $49.99 per order

 

Yukon Territory, Northwest territories & Nunavut -- flat-rate of $49.99 per order

 

You can also select "in-store pick-up" to pick up your items with no shipping costs at our Swift Current, Sask store location, or "Free Home Delivery" for orders that can be delivered within Swift Current, Sask. City Limits. Once your desired shipping method is chosen, your total cost, with shipping charges will be included. Please be aware that any and all shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return/exchange. Please see our "Return Policy" for information on returns and exchanges.

Express Shipping and Oversized Items

If you require even faster shipping for your order, please contact us at onlinesales@sputtergotchtoys.com before placing your order. We will provide you with a quote. In addition, some items may be considered oversized, which will be indicated in the product description. Depending on location to be shipped, additional shipping charges may apply on oversized items. We will contact you by email if additional shipping charges are required prior to shipping.

Out of Stock Items

We try our very best to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible on our website. However, an item may be out of stock even though it is not stated so on the website. If you place an order that contains an out-of-stock item, we will ship all in-stock items immediately, and provide you with a credit for the amount of the out-of-stock item, using the original payment method. 

Can't find what you are looking for? Our store has thousands of items, with many not being offered online. If you would like to inquire about an item that does not appear online, give us an email at onlinesales@sputtergotchtoys.com to see if we have it in-store. If we do, we would be happy to add it to your order!

Damage in Shipping

We must be notified within 7 business days if your package arrives damaged in shipping. Please retain original shipping box and contact onlinesales@sputtergotchtoys.com with your issue. We will require photos of packaging in order to proceed with a claim.
