The stuff of Aztec legends, the axolotl is a rare aquatic salamander that charms and fascinates. Our finger puppet is so sweet and soft with bright blue plastic eyes, a transparent fabric tail fin, felt feet and soft fluffy gills. There are two finger pockets underneath; one at the head and one at the tail for wriggly movement.

Our Name? Well of course there is a story behind it. Picture twin toddlers with spoons in hand, discussing the benefits of homemade butterscotch pudding. Years later, they still call it Sputtergotch. And it still makes us giggle. A funny word, a smile, a treat….and the perfect name for a toy store!
